In almost all situations, concerns and complaints can be handled informally by speaking to a member of staff. In the first instance please request a meeting with your child's Class Supervisor at a mutually convenient time, as it is not always possible for a teacher to discuss a complaint at the beginning or end of the day in front of other parents or carers and children.
If the Supervisor is unavailable, please ask for an appointment with one of the Head of Department or Assistant Headteacher who are as follows:
